BrickTrack takes your uploaded bank transactions, suggests an ATO category and property for each one, and turns them into a report your accountant can use at tax time.
BrickTrack is a web app for Australian residential property investors. You upload transactions as a CSV or Excel export from your bank, and it suggests an ATO expense category and a property for each one, and generates the reports your accountant needs.
How it works in three stages
- Upload your transactions: export a CSV or Excel file from your bank and bring it in. Automatic bank feeds are coming.
- BrickTrack sorts everything: each transaction gets a suggested ATO category and a property.
- Hand your accountant a clean report: the Tax Report, per-property P&L and the Accountant Pack.
